Controversy

We represent individuals, privately held business interests, and non-profits before the IRS and Texas Comptroller in audits, appeals, and enforced collections. He is experienced in defending clients in the U.S. Tax Court and in U.S. District Court. We interact with the taxing entity so you don't have to.
Estate Planning
& Probate
Probate can be an emotional time for the family wrapping up a loved one's estate. With proper estate planning, many Texans can avoid the hassle and cost of probate altogether. Not having a will or a proper estate plan only complicates matters after your passing. If you need a simple will, a complicated estate plan to protect your assets or find yourself in need of a probate attorney, we would be honored to guide you through the process with the care and compassion you deserve. Probate isn't something to rush into without proper guidance. Rushing often only benefits creditors and doesn't protect the assets your loved one worked hard to leave behind. Give us a call today to discuss your needs.
Tax Exempt Entities
With over 20 years of nonprofit management and entity formation experience, our team has the real-life experience to help non-profit organizations become tax-exempt and meet the highly regulatory, and unique legal aspect of maintaining their nonprofit or tax-exempt status. From organizational formation, governance, tax audits, reorganizations, internal investigations, or daily management, we have you covered.
